BOXER 20s Lockformer Pitsburgh Double Seam

The 20s Pittsburgh rolls are fitted as standard to one side of the five-stage machine with the option to fit one of three CNC machined roll sets to the outboard extension shafts. This Pittsburgh tooling has a pocket size of 8.5mm and uses 22mm to form the seam in material gauges from 0.5 to 1.0mm.

A flanging attachment can also be added to the top of the machine, giving the ability to form a 10mm flange on internal and external curved edges.
